Cognitive health
The Lyvecap™ formulation synergistically interacts with the gut-brain axis, augmenting cognitive faculties crucial for athletic decision-making and concentrationImmune support
The Lyvecap™ formulation supports immunological resilience through microbiome modulation, providing an environment conducive to accelerated physiological recovery and resistance to pathogenic challenges.Reduction in Blood Lactate
The Lyvecap™ Formulation has been clinically proven to attenuate post-exertional lactic acid accumulation, facilitating rapid muscular recovery and diminished exercise-induced discomfort.Increased Oxygenation
The Lyvecap™ formulation stabilizes the hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF-1a), thereby optimizing systemic oxygen availability. This clinically-substantiated mechanism leads to improvements in VO2 max metrics, advantageous in both athletic performance and hypoxic conditions such as air travel or high altitudes.Digestive Support
The Lyvecap™ formulation enriches gastrointestinal microbial diversity, thereby improving digestive efficiency and nutrient assimilation.Cardiovascular Health
The Lyvecap™ formulation demonstrates a multi-faceted approach to cardiovascular well-being. Clinically proven to both decrease VO2, mean heart rate, and blood lactate levels, it also enhances VO2 max. This dual action promotes cardiovascular efficiency and resilience, offering benefits crucial for athletes in both training and competition environments.25+

CLINICAL STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT TAKING THE LYVECAP FORMULATION:
- Proliferates healthy gut bacteria and protects against exercise-induced shifts in microbiota.
- Decreases V02 (oxygen consumption), mean heart rate, and blood lactate levels.
- Increases V02 max (maximum oxygen uptake) and peak performance benchmarks.
- Reduces hypoxia (low oxygen levels) during plane travel and high-altitude training.
- Reduces post-exercise lactic acid build-up, promoting cardiovascular endurance and muscle metabolism.
- Mitigates endurance exercise-related gut issues, illness, and fatigue.
- Mitigates the negative affects of high altitude training.
- Facilitates rapid recovery and supports a restorative sleep cycle.

FAQs
STRONG should be kept in a refrigerator, ideally between 39-46°F. Do not put caps or sachets in the freezer. If you are traveling, STRONG can be stored at room temperature for up to one week without affecting potency.
Take one cap/sachet a day. STRONG is pre-portioned to make it easy to stay consistent with your probiotic regimen.
Results will vary from person to person due to the unique nature of the microbiome. Most people experience a difference in 3-4 weeks. However, probiotics deliver the best benefits when taken consistently over long periods of time.
Are probiotics safe to take on an empty stomach?
STRONG can be taken at any time of day. However, we recommend taking your probiotics first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
VO2, also known as oxygen consumption, measures the amount of oxygen the body uses to convert food into energy (ATP). VO2 max is the maximal oxygen consumption that a person can achieve. Think of VO2 as a measurement of fitness and VO2 max as a measurement of progress.
ATP keeps your muscles working during exercise, and it can be created for short periods without oxygen. When you’re working out, optimal oxygen levels will determine your endurance, strength, and recovery. VO2 max, or the maximal rate of oxygen utilization, declines with age. An effective way to slow this regression is by engaging your cardiovascular system and exercising at a high intensity.
STRONG has been proven to decrease VO2 but increase VO2 max; this is because of the oxygen-sparing effect that takes place in the gut. The body’s oxygen availability increases, sending more oxygen to the muscles and vital organs.
